Ye, they actually announced straight after the fight in the ring, official announcment, I knew it was going to happen but aj had to win, which was easy.

can't wait for aj, and it was only recently he stepped up to face world champions and beat them easily, now this is another step up to see if he is the real deal.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

ya and he's stepping up "way too early".. but if he's the real deal, he should be able to get it done.. i'm worried for Klitschko. He doesn't have the best chin - he usually is able to stay away from guys.. But I can't imagine he'll be able to stay away from Joshua the entire fight. Joshua is going to get in and land something big, guaranteed.. when that happens, I don't think Klitschko will be able to survive it.

I got AJ by KO in 5.  8)

Its true AJ is big and his physique helps as most heavyweights dont have much physique but just a wide frame or fat  :ninja: like AJ's last fight on saturday.

But I don't think AJ will be able to knock klitschko. They both are same height but wladimir's style might make it hard for AJ especially klitschko who does hold alot when he gets in trouble, well he basically hits and then holds and then puts in some power combos and holds to stop the opponents, so AJ has to get through the tactics and traps klitschko will set up for him. I haven't yet seen klitscko get floored yet. He may have been hurt but never fallen.

I think it may be AJ UD12.
