i havent worked out in 3 weeks, besides yesterday's light workout. and i havent formally slrvj since 2 weeks. although, iv become proficient from basketball warmups i think. anyway, i jumped from 9 15-10. found i jump best when listening to rihanna. i was also wearing compression shorts for the 1st time, i think they had an effect. ate- cheerios, a lil chicken, 5 carrots, and 4 big strawberries 3 hrs b4 vert. took a nap from 4- 5 30. stim- watched 10 min of kadour ziani vids, bruce lee style stim, 3 min cold shower, 1 min hot, blind leg swings/ meditation, also did lots of dynamic arm stretching for higher reach
