Snow leopards are my favourite, they might well have the most impressive jump from all animals:

50 feet horizontal jump
20 feet vertical jump

http://www.indiantiger.org/wild-cats/snow-leopard.html

im in love with the cat family of animals, the most athletic specimens on the planet.

there's a better quality vid than this but it's all i could find:

cat's surviving falls:

epic athleticism :)

Those were the most amazing depth jumps I have ever seen!

I love cats, too, always have. When I was a kid I used to be fascinated by cheetahs because I read about them being the fastest ground living animal on the planet. Here is some pretty good footage of a cheetah hunting:

Here is more about the snow leopard. Very interesting video. For a display of athleticism watch from the 2:05 min mark.

LBSS: "Racing sled dogs have enormous aerobic capacity. While the untrained sled dogs have an average aerobic capacity of 175 ml/kg/min VO2 max (ratio of volume of oxygen to body weight per minute), the aerobic capacity of the fully conditioned sled dogs is estimated to be about twice that (300 ml/kg/min)."

Haha yea badgers are vicious as hell.  Used to have one that made his home in front of one of our deer blinds (not a honey badger, just a badger) that would come out and talk shit to me by snarling and growling every time I went to the blind.  I literally had my rifle tip in his mouth on more than one occasion and couldnt bring myself to pull the trigger since he looked like some kind of pet or something lol.  I finally conceded to call a truce and brought him bacon or ham every time I would go out there and he actually got fairly tame.  He wouldnt growl or snarl anymore and he would politely go back in his hole once he was given the food.
Relax.
