And he started weight training... I told him to really really work on maxing up his squat because he's converting a VERY VERY high % of his 1RM into his power clean...

Pause the plant at 0:27... I haven't seen a weirder position in a long, long time, especially the left leg/foot, it looks like it's twisted backward.

Well he is, but that plant with that messed up bent leg is ridiculous... I swear the two leg plant is the most ridiculous thing in basketball.
