Honestly, it's pretty unusual as a 37 year old not really genetically gifted to still be able to be "there" to dunk so...

^Nah, i am just lucky to have very healthy tendons/knees so i can go jump whenever i want.
My achievements are just average or a bit above, 11'' for a 35'' RVJ in 4 years is sweet but nowhere near beast.
I think its doable for anyone with my determination/consistency, that's where most people fail imho.
