interesting video.. kid goes from decent vert (second half of vid) to getting up like sh*t ..
 the difference a day makes. could have blown himself out hard jumping max like that.

also lobs vs dribble up.

even in his good jumps, he looks "heavy".

This guy went from being a elastic single leg jumper from 15/16 to mainly 2 foot plant jumper as a 18 year old. He's a top prospect in the 2018 NBA Draft

to me, he looks springier and like he's getting up a bit higher in the single leg clips. he looks bigger/stronger now though.

Also, Doncic is now 18 years old so  back in 2015 he was what, 16 years old?  You have to factor in the strength/muscle buildup, or its absence in early teenage years if you will.

   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
