I've watched the video I posted kinda frame by frame and when he hip extends, if you look at his back/upperback it seems like a lot of the extension comes from that area... it's really weird. Like he's very spinal-erector active at the end of the extension.

If i can jump that high ingame i will be satisfied.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

firstly i have placed lots things which i would say would belong in the and shit but still gets downvoted. secondly, man that looks fake, it might not be, but looks as though as if he dived.

I thought the same thing initially, that he dived, but looking at it frame by frame... it looks like he was so weak that he couldn't stabilize his body and dropped down.

I looked at it frame by frame but when the guy stops to on the edge of the line to crossover to other side the kid couldn't stabilize and should of fallen forward at that moment he lost control but instead he takes another step and from that step he dives you can see the other foot comes forward when he lost balance and then what looks like a dive.
