The Last-Two Minute report did cite three other moments during that span when fouls should have been called and were not. All of instances benefited the Warriors — and Curry, in particular.

The NBA’s Last-Two Minute report indicated Curry should have fouled out Sunday before he was able to hit a crucial shot for Golden State in the final minute. It also asserted that referees were correct in not blowing a whistle on teammate Draymond Green for a shooting foul on a missed shot by Harden.

Klay definitely fouled Harden on several 3's. Last one (w/ Draymond) I didn't think was a foul. I thought Chris Paul got fouled tho after his offensive rebound.

should be interesting tonight.

The players are their own worst enemy. They play for the foul, create contact, kick their legs out and then complain to the refs. Then they wonder why they don't get legitimate calls. Every heard of the boy who cried wolf?

Tbh I've never seen more players go at refs with such aggression then this post season. It's shocking.

yea it's really annoying.

missed calls are missed calls, but the players whine too damn much for sure.

it all comes back to coaching.. the coaches have "lost control" of the game. the coaches should be addressing the whining. instead they seem to encourage it.

i mean dudes can whine about foul calls instead of getting back on defense, and they don't get benched etc. that's probably my biggest pet-peeve. GET BACK ON D. BENCH SOMEONE FOR NOT GETTING BACK ON D.

so that's what i mean by the coaches losing control.. maybe popovich still has the balls to bench people for stuff like that. i can't think of anyone else who does though..

I stopped watching the NBA for years during the "offensive foul flop era". I came back once they got that under control (for the most part). I couldn't watch it.. They need to get a handle on the new style of flops, and whining. Makes the game much less enjoyable to watch.

I can't believe they let Curry back in the game after dislocating his finger & having it popped back into place.

This looks like one of those "sure win games" at this point.. put some ice on that shit.

ffs.

oh btw to clarify.. regarding flops/acting: the players are just exploitation bad (awful) officiating. the NBA's officiating absolutely sucks.

regarding whining about fouls and not getting back on D: that's BAD basketball & bad coaching.

Agree and agree.

Players will exploit the rules to their advantage every time. Refs need to stop that shit.

There's a team bonding/player management program used by a few of the footy teams here in Aus called Leading Teams. A few of the teams who used it had great success while it's destroyed other teams. It's basically a full honesty program where each player sits in front of the group and the group tell them all the bad qualities they have that need to be fixed (among other things). Apparently quite brutal. Wonder how that would go over in the NBA haha. I imagine there'd be a few egos on the line.

nice.

in the NBA, i think that kind of stuff coming from teammates would be a problem. like you said, big egos. big $$. also imagine someone making 1/20th of what you're getting paid, calling you out.

that kind of brutal honesty should be coming from the coaches already IMHO. that relationship has gotten watered down massively in the NBA.

in college it's still there.. but the players don't make anything - while the coaches make millions & the NCAA makes billions. so that tarnishes it considerably imho. i could see the full honesty program working more in college/high school than pro. US pro sports is HUGE $$, just seems like it would be tough but I could be way off.

Harden's floaters have really fallen off in the playoffs.

i mean his offense in general has fallen off, but floaters especially.

he's hitting some big shots in this game, post eye issue. but floaters, nah. can't seem to find his finesse on em`.
