ya, should be fun. also, it's interesting to see that the nba is now admitting the "kings of dunking" are street dunkers. They gave in and are trying to profit from it, instead of ignoring it like they've done until recently.

hope they get the world's best on that show, would be sick.. also hope they don't gimmick it up & ruin such a simple concept.

I like Sprite street dunk contests the best so far.. I think they've done the best job. Travel the use and find out who the best dunkers are in some area, then have them face off later in the finals. Just wish they'd promote it better and/or put it on TNT.. but now Mountain Dew sponsors NBA or something so, that isn't happening any time soon ;f

Looking forward to it, the screening finished in august 2015, so wondering how long before they show it on tv.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73
