Recently Jacob Tucker joined Impossible Training team for coaching...

A few new things in this video...
but is it necessary to be strong like this?

if t-dub is pure genetic... is this guy genetic + hard work? or 80% hard work 20% genetic....

Scooby youre a nice guy, and all of us actually are trying to HELP you, but you keep on doing the same silly shit man!

Look at Tuckers video of him lifting weights, where hes snatching etc., he is not a "good" lifter, and has obviously not spent tons of time doing it.  Im sure he lifted weights previously, as does every single collegiate athlete on the planet.  I am also sure he didnt achieve his vertical from these lifting sessions.   Here is what happens.

Guy is WHITE, wins dunk contest,

marketing gurus approach said guy knowing that there will be tons of retards who think "SINCE THIS GUY IS WHITE HE MUST HAVE TRAINED HARD FOR HIS VERT."

They coax him into marketing a "program", and boom, they sell 100,000 copies before it peters out and people learn it wasnt magic after all.

Does this make more sense now?

Relax.

Actually, is sort of sad to see what he is doing.. i look up his website.. and he is doing personal training or in group for his clients..  either in open court or in that facility of In-possible Training.. and it seems his target customer is high school boy and girl...
and no special program is available from what i c on the site.

imagine the kind of money if he made Nba... Jeremy Lin style...from no body to some body..

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o2BIf6isIvI" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o2BIf6isIvI</a>
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

tell me what advice should i take.  steven-miller tells me one thing, lancests tells me something else, raptor vag acole tells me something else.  and none of these ppl know the exact condition of my knee.  so i decided that wide stance full squats are the best b/c it doesn't hurt my knee at all.

Follow HarveyM and get surgery.
Current PR status:

All time squat: 165 kg/Old age squat: 130 kg
All time deadlift: 184 kg/Old age deadlift: 140 kg
All time bench: 85 kg/Old age bench: 70kgx5reps
All time hip thrust (same as old age hip thrust): 160kgx5reps

its just confusing understanding what they are trying to say
maybe i will be during hypertrophy phase.

is 2:1 a high probability or low, i wouldn't know coz i don't gamble  :D
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

I just googled it, i have the most chance of following advice as the odds against me is low.
