I'll be uploading a bunch of videos as the weeks go by.. I'll bump this thread with the new urls/additions.

I put these up for bowen, the first two are good preparatory exercises for the VJ TO SS drop.. perfecting those prep exercises will improve the landings on VJ TO SS much quicker.
