I really like his main videos, very talented, but he's just trying to say this to people in general.

Anyways, he's pretty fast. Apparently he has a 48 inch vertical in his "I can jump like Lebron James" video and could run at least sub-44s 400m in college track.
Lazy kid. Doesn't take training as extreme/serious as most of adarq.org

if it did i'll shit my pants and wonder why he's not olympic bound.

But just look at his dynamite hamstrings!!!  :P

OOPS :P I just realized 44s isn't possible, even for Usain Bolt hahaha. Sorry, I think it's more like sub 48s. That's pretty realistic I guess.

EDIT: Oh, then I forgot. Usain Bolt isn't the fastest 400m runner around.

I thought did video is quite informative for the general people...  maybe it's more of a summary of tips for people that already know.

I know guys at high school state level who run sub 48s in the 400m. That's not too impressive for a collegiate runner (but it's definitely not bad either). 400m also doesn't translate into vertical jump or vice versa. Just because his his 400m time may be credible doesn't mean it justifies his vertical claim of 48in.
I would know, I run 53-54 400s (last season, after no lifting) and I still haven't broken 30 in. on vertical.

Yes but his bounding is crazy. It really is. I don't know about 48, but I do believe he was jumping 40+ off one leg in his prime.

That's definitely believable and just as amazing. I don't see why people feel the need to inflate their already impressive PRs. It only makes them lose credibility.
