Works fine for me , windows 10 / mozilla firefox.

Did you watch it, is it a good view?
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

Nope, but I had to enter my email address to get access to it. That's why I wondered if it works or if it's being restricted for anybody else.

I watched the whole video,
it mentioned the RDL position many times and how important jumper need to GET into that Jump position FAST and strong. with the proper arm swing downward.

Similar to what the Canadian dunker told me to do, Quick Arm Swing down to the Squat position.
Also similar overtime athletes chris barnard suggested using Elastic Band with Kettle bell swing to speed up the Loading phase (pulling u down). at 4:30

This give me an idea, If Squat develop strength/power upward,  doing Reverse Squat with gravity boot hanging upside down is the exact opposite..  Can it develop the LOADING strength?

just a weird idea..

dno.. not into that reverse squat.

if your hamstrings can tolerate natural GHR's or GHR's on a glute-ham bench, i'd go with those instead.

my hamstrings can't tolerate natural ghr's... which is a real shame. I have a poor man's glute ham bench, which is an amazing tool.. but every time I use it, it gives me hamstring tendonitis.. just can't mess with it, it's bad news for me. For others though, it can be quite a great tool.

45 degree reverse hyper? did you mean the equipment in the video? that would be 45 degree hyper.

a true reverse hyper 'machine' is pretty rare.. but those can be very effective, especially for back & glute tightness/weakness. I used to love using it to "fix my back".

yes adarq, I have access to that machine " 45 degree hyper"

can i use that to replace GHR?  I do not have a partner  or equipment to do GHR ..

If i am not mistaken, GHR  is what u told me to improve loading speed power, know as the Counter movement (of a jump)  right?
