Jake said he's doing the "Beach to Beacon 10k", looked it up, crazy fast race.

Ben True went 27:56 there last year, damn!

redbull 400 (uphill), looks hard. lol.

https://www.redbull.com/us-en/events/red-bull-400-international

that looks absolutely horrible. looked at a couple race results and it seems to take at least 3 minutes for the male winners to finish. i wonder how elite athletes would do. bet 800m runners would dominate.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

yea it would be interesting to see what elites would do. As long as the course doesn't "require" a crawl, ie it's always runnable, i'd be interested. If it forces you to crawl etc, i'd lose interest. I see some people crawling when others are running, so it just seems that they get wrecked..

i'd predict 1500m guys would probably dominate more than 800m, but who knows. Would be fun to see them lure elite track guys into it. I mean they got a sprinter to race an ostrich, and Floyd/Conor happened, should be possible. lool.

looks horrible but kinda fun.

run for the pies 5k:

naples half:

it's amazing to me how.. these oldschool american times, would beat/compete with lots of the kenyan times that raced it more recently.. but then, at the same time, americans are posting slower times at the race now, except for a few.
