The #1 ranked runner in the world, for the wings for life run, ran it out of Sunrise FL (a few minutes from me).

Tons of people I know did it. I didn't realize how fun it was, looks awesome. Definitely doing this next year.

Also a local female got ~135th overall in the world (13th female in the world), and won Australia. Apparently, when you win a location, they pay for you to run it wherever you want - in the next race. So she won Sunrise FL last year, and chose to run it in AU.

i watched the last ~8 km of prague, when he was battling with sisay and then just dusted him with like two miles to go. opened up an 80-100m lead and that was all she wrote.

he puked immediately after finishing, too. it was funny: big smile with arms raised as he crossed the finish line, spit, a few steps to the right, puke.

ya i saw that. awesome race. beautiful finish for ben flanagan.

u know the kenyans opened up with a ~60s first lap? it was batshit. all 3 of them were running a ~4min/mi pace for the first lap.. really odd.
