this dude (Tuan) i've run with a few times is really beast.. he's been crushing it lately over 5k, 10k, marathon etc. Just got 3rd OA in the keys50 (50 miler)

well... Nacho Hernando didn't disappoint. His first race in the "local SFL" running scene, drops a 14:59 @ the Weston Memorial Day Classic 5k.

I thought he was going to open with a 4:50-4:55 mile, so I went out hard with him.. but realized quickly he was going out way faster than that, and had to hang back after like 0.1x mi. He went out at 4:35 for the first mile.......

Nacho vs Clary in the Family Fun Day 5k + 1 mile combo.. Would love to see that.

Family Fun Day 5k + 1 mile is one of the fastest races around. Also has prize money. Would love to see these two go at it.. they both have IAAF profiles: :D

my friend who i just raced last sat, ran 2:05.65 today for 800m, hit sub2:00 in his strava data (1:59). nasty.

local runner, long history on athlinks, mostly long distance. some really nice marathon times.

he's really beast. he's like 51 now, had brain tumor/surgery last year, and is still dropping 19:XX 5k's mostly, with an occasional sub19. every time I see him on the out&back courses, man he's pushing himself so hard. he's tough as nails it seems.
