Cool man! I can let you know what the 400 guys in my squad do in training if those plans aren't comprehensive enough.

I was looking into sprinting technique as I always do when I am not doing anything  :ninja: and what caught my attention was the lean.

When accelerating out of the blocks as always you are leaning but what I want to know is that do you lean at the hips when accelerating out of the blocks during the drive phase so a forced lean at the hip to go faster or let the lean be natural and not at the hips.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73
